“ This one has grown on me so much! I love it a little more each time I have it. I usually steep for 3 mins @ 200° and that seems to be just right for me. ”

“ Sept 2020: This one smells inviting with the promise of raspberries, but I was dissapointed with a bitter bomb of black tea and Forrest berry. No strawberry or raspberry present. This one was hard to finish. My palate never acclimated to it, honey didn't help. I sampled this Tea as part of the CommuniTEA September box.
Update 2024: proper steeping time & temp is key. Learned alot in the last few years. Today's was much better & fruity. ”

Our forest berries tea is an experience the Japanese call shirin-yoku, or forest bathing, walking through a lush, chlorophyll-scented grove that refreshes as it replenishes your spirit. Let your senses be open; experience psithurism, both the sound of the wind as it moves through the trees and the rustling of fallen leaves on the forest floor through which you step into this incredibly nourishing time. Witness komorebi, another succinctly defined Japanese word which describes sunlight filtering through the leaves of trees. Yes, tea can do this. Forest Berries tea can do it superbly.
