Tangerine Tuxedo in bulk available for wholesale. Tangerine Tuxedo is a popular style of tea in China. This unique treat is made by hollowing out a tangerine, stuffing it with black tea and then letting it dry out and age as one. The fruit infuses the leaves with its citrus notes, smoothing out the earthy tea when brewed. Its traditional use is for soothing the stomach and is commonly drunk in the winter months or after meals.

1lb pouches are sold by weight as tangerine size may vary. Quantity range is approximately 36-56 pieces depending on the size of the fruit.

This tea contains a high level of caffeine | Steep at 212° for 5 minutes.

Good gift and brew for customers! The charming nature of these tuxedos makes them fly off shelves around holiday times. Plus, the citrus of the tangerine plus the richness of the black tea creates an unrivaled experience! (5 mins @ 180°F)

What a unique tea - !!! Each wee dried and tea-stuffed tangerine comes individually wrapped in tissue paper, neatly pleated and sealed with Adagio's logo. How stinkin' cute is that?! One of these made a 36 oz pot (enough for 2 large mugs of tea). I crumbled the tangerine skin into several pieces and brewed it with the tea. I was worried that it might be bitter due to the citrus oils, but that wasn't the case at all. In fact, though the bright scent of tangerine was predominant, it not overpower the tea, which is indeed smooth and light. It really didn't need sugar or milk (it takes both just fine though) because this is not your typical bold English-style breakfast tea (my usual preference). The clear golden liquor is delicate and simply lovely all on its own. This is a treat you simply must try. (6 mins @ 212°F)

Cute and Delicious! I use half of tangerine with tea for a 22 oz tea-pot. I also tare the tangerine in little bits when steeping the tea. (3 mins @ 210°F)

I ordered these because I thought that they were neat. They were, but the tea was also very good. Delicately citrus, and naturally sweet. One little tangerine made a big pot of tea. Everyone was charmed.

Fresh From Origin

If you're looking for the ultimate in classy menswear, the answer has long been the tuxedo. Separated from the humble suit by its satin details (suits are commonly made all from one material), patent leather shoes, and bowtie, it's been the favored attire for black-tie events for decades. That is, until we hit the fifties. An era when fashion got wild, it saw the addition of wild colors, patterns, and cuts the world had never seen. The most infamous of these is, of course, the powder blue darling of seventies' prom fame. We're just wondering' does it come in tangerine?
