“ At room temp, these were all more solid than I was expecting with the matcha being the most solid and not spreadable at all. It is easy enough to scoop and stir into tea, but if you want to use it for other purposes, a few seconds in the microwave bring the cinnamon and chocolate to a drizzle-able consistency. The cinnamon was my favorite with a nice sweet spice. The matcha was my second favorite (and I don't like green tea) with a deep earthy sweetness, and the chocolate comes in third with a barely there hint of something that might be chocolate. ”
