I had 2.67 grams of ingredients, enough for a 10.5 ounce medium strength steep. I steeped for 190°F to stave off any black tea bitterness. I steeped for the recommended five minutes. When hot, mild rose, chocolate and berry flavors were noted. I added ⅜ teaspoon of sugar to help lower any cocoa nib bitterness and bring out other flavors. When warm, strawberry and creme flavors were mild. Chocolate flavors were moderate. Cocoa nib flavors were moderate and slightly bitter. Rose flavors were moderate, which wasn’t surprising considering the amount noted in the packet. The black tea did its job of distributing flavorings. I really wanted to like this one, but a strong bitterness came to the forefront towards finish, maybe due to a cocoa nib and rose combination. (5 mins @ 190ºF, ⅜ tsp sugar) ”
